Students who graduate from the Brookdale Community College Humanities Program with an A.A. in Creative Writing are guaranteed admissions into Goddard College’s B.F.A. in Creative Writing degree program.

To apply:
- Complete the Online Application for Admission and upload your application essay. The application fee is waived for Brookdale Community College graduates.
- Submit your official transcripts. Ask that the registrar submit transcripts directly to the Goddard College Office of Admissions. In addition to submitting your official Brookdale Community College transcripts, please also send transcripts from any previously attended college or university.

About the BFA in Creative Writing
Study fiction, poetry, memoir and nonfiction, and hybrid forms in the first low-residency BFA program in the country. You may seek a sole vocation in writing, or integrate your creative writing into professions such as psychology, social work, library science or education. With the BFA in Creative Writing, you may also go on to pursue graduate work in creative writing, literature, or professional writing.
